How it works…
Peer Edits is a platform to connect people looking for help on their writing with people offering to help. Peer Edits doesn’t receive, handle or transfer any manuscripts. We simply provide a space where authors can connect with volunteer editors.
Step 1 —
Sign up as either an author or editor by clicking a “Join the Community” button and entering your information.
Step 2 —
Writers can search the database for an editor. To sign up as an Editor, click the “+ Add Entry” button.
Step 3 —
Writers can contact an editor that fits their needs using the ‘connect’ button on the editor’s profile.
Step 4 —
Editors and writers plan next steps and share individual expectations about what will be done and when.
